Centenary celebrations this weekend for Briggers

Former players, managers, club officials and supporters of Worsbrough Bridge Athletic are being invited to their centenary celebrations that takes place this Saturday (12th).
The Briggers, who have played in every Toolstation NCEL season since the competition's inception in 1982, are marking the special occasion at their home Division One clash with another league ever-present Parkgate.
Former Barnsley midfielder and manager Danny Wilson will be the special guest and he will be unveiling a commemorative plaque at 2pm.
He will also be signing copies of his autobiography I Get Knocked Down and donating some of its proceeds on the afternoon to the club.
The NCEL would like to congratulate Worsbrough Bridge Athletic for reaching this milestone and hope they have a fantastic day of celebration at the Pinto Property Stadium.
