App-Frod Search for New Boss

Baris NCEL Division One club Appleby Frodingham are looking to appoint a new manager for the 2013/14 season.
Anyone who is interested in the vacant manager's position is asked to send their CV to chairman Steve Lumley-Holmes. The closing date for applications is Friday 24th May.
The club is also looking for a volunteer to act as commercial manager to assist with fund-raising.

App-Frod Looking for New Manager

Appleby Frodingham are looking for a replacement manager due to Simon Shorthose resigning several weeks ago, primarily due to work commitments and a string of poor results.
Committee members Martin Blades and Mark Crowston have taken charge of the team on a temporary basis and have strengthened the squad and improved results.
Mark is unable to commit long term to the role of joint manager but Martin is willing to assist the newly-appointed manager and in coaching the first team.
Appleby Frodingham are therefore looking for a suitable replacement manager and anyone interested in the position should contact Chairman Steve Lumley-Holmes either by email to lumleyholmes@btinternet.com or letter to Kingswood, Church Street, Scawby, Brigg, N. Lincs DN20 9AE.
Please state your experience, qualifications and suitability for the manager's role.

Dick Drury Funeral Arrangements Released

Appleby Frodingham have released the details of the funeral for their President, Dick Drury, who sadly passed away in hospital earlier this month after a long-term illness.
His funeral service and committal will take place on Monday (22nd October) at 11:30am at the Scunthorpe Crematorium.
It will be family flowers only but there will be a donation plate if anyone wishes to contribute.
Dick served the Baris NCEL Division One club in a number of roles over forty years, including Secretary, Treasurer and Programme Editor.

App-Frod in Mourning for President

Dick Drury, the President of Appleby Frodingham, sadly passed away in hospital yesterday after a long term illness.
Chairman of the Baris NCEL Division One side, Steve Lumley-Holmes said: "He served Appleby Frodingham for approximately forty years in various capacities such as Secretary, Treasurer and Programme Editor.
"He will be sorely missed in the Scunthorpe area particularly by the other local clubs who play in the NCEL.
"A date has not been set for the funeral however I will put the details on the NCEL website when I know them."
Everyone at the Baris NCEL would like to send our condolences to Dick's friends, family and to everyone at Appleby Frodingham for their loss.
