Baris NCEL Division One side Clipstone Welfare have become the latest team in the league to attain FA Charter Standard Status. The Charter Standard Club Programme was established by the FA in February 2001 to provide recognition that clubs are well run, sustainable, with child protection and safety paramount.
It also recognises a club's commitment to coaching, player and coach development and the raising of standards of behaviour in the game.
The Baris NCEL became a Charter Standard League last season as part of its commitment to improve the game both on and off-the-pitch at this level of the National League System.
It means that all clubs within the league must achieve and maintain Charter Standard status.
