Golcar United after they had seen leads given to them by Niall Tisley and Danny Clarke cancelled out by the away side.
Slater Barkham-Barnes and Kayle Price netted for Golcar who came close to taking a point but left with nothing to show for their efforts.
Ferriby's advantage at the summit is now eight points after
Emley AFC's trip to
Barton Town was postponed, one of two games to fall foul of a waterlogged pitch with
Maltby Main at home to
Hemsworth Miners Welfare also called off.
Winterton Rangers and
Garforth Town both won to tighten their grip on third and fourth spot, respectively.
Ryan Douglas and Lee Ridley netted for Rangers in a 2-1 victory at
Hallam after Scott Ruthven had given the Countrymen a 24th minute lead.
And, Garforth beat visitors
Silsden AFC 3-1 with Daniel Coupland, Nick Thompson and Sam Barker netting in the first half for the Miners before a late consolation in the second period from Talent Ndlovu for the Cobbydalers who lose a little ground in fifth.
Leon Howarth and Jonathan Hill were the scorers in
Handsworth's 2-1 win at
Thackley AFC and they move up to seventh in the table.
A double from Bradley Walker helped ninth-placed
Knaresborough Town to a 4-1 home victory over
Albion Sports after the visitors had taken a fourth-minute lead through Robbie Fox.
Penistone Church were comfortable 4-0 winners at home to
Bottesford Town with a late Cameron Simpson brace confirming the victory after first half strikes from Wayne Hughes and Josh Brown.
Bottesford are now only three points above the drop zone after
Goole AFC picked up their first home league win of the season to narrow the gap.
Chris Spinks and Callum Petch scored in the opening 24 minutes for the Vikings as they beat
Frickley Athletic, who pulled one back after the interval through Lloyd Smith, 2-1.
In Division One, Campion made it nine home wins out of nine to maintain their eleven point lead at the summit but they had to wait until the 86th minute to take a 1-0 victory over
Armthorpe Welfare.
Daniel Illingworth was the match winner as the Red and Blacks show no sign of letting up in the race for the title.
There were also victories for the rest of the top four with
Horbury Town staying second following their 5-1 defeat of visitors
Athersley Recreation, Benjamin Agu with a couple for Darren Barnes' side.
Sean Hunter came off the bench to score two stoppage time goals on his debut for
Harrogate Railway Athletic as they beat basement hosts
Parkgate 4-0 to keep themselves in third spot.
Rossington Main remain fourth after they twice came from behind and then grabbed an 82nd minute winner through Gregory Young to beat visitors
Wakefield AFC 3-2.
Staveley Miners Welfare climb to fifth thanks to a 3-2 win at
Ollerton Town, Marley Grant with two of their goals whilst Lewis Bingham scored twice for the home side.
Two goals from George White, one in each half, helped
Retford FC to a 3-1 victory at
Brigg Town to lift the Choughs into sixth by leapfrogging their hosts.
Dronfield Town were 4-0 home winners over
Shirebrook Town with Mark Fereday netting two of them whilst there were 2-1 victories for
Selby Town and
Worsbrough Bridge Athletic.
Selby beat hosts
Beverley Town with an own goal and a Harry Clapham strike in the opening eight minutes ultimately securing the Robins the victory.
Elliot Wilson's 35th minute goal proved to be the winner for Worsbrough as they dispatched visitors
Glasshoughton Welfare.
And, Liam Ormsby struck twice for
Nostell Miners Welfare as they prevailed 3-1 at home to
Swallownest.
