Barton Town have moved to the top of the Premier Division after Toolstation NCEL football returned in midweek from its pause at the weekend.A minute's silence was observed prior to all games and black armbands were worn in honour of Her Late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II as the league paid its respects.
First half goals from William Waudby and Scott Matthews earned Barton a 2-0 victory at
Hemsworth Miners Welfare for the Swans who are the only unbeaten side in the division.
Emley AFC climb to third after a 3-0 home win over
Goole AFC, two early penalties converted by Joe Jagger added to by the Pewits' third towards the start of the second period by Donae Lawrence.
They both go above
North Ferriby who fell to their first defeat of the season with a 4-1 loss at
Silsden AFC.
Luke Brooksbank's hat-trick and a Josimar Bradshaw spot-kick gave the hosts a convincing win that sees them jump up to sixth whilst Ferriby, whose injury-time consolation came from Daniel East, drop to fourth.

And, Garforth produced a remarkable comeback as they beat hosts
Handsworth 3-2 after the home side had gone two up by half-time with goals from Mitchell Dunne and James Eyles.
The Miners started their fightback through Rinor Ejupi on 70 minutes, Charlie Marshall scored an equaliser and Sam Barker netted the winner as the game closed in on stoppage time to grab the points.
Maltby Main have moved off the bottom of the table after a Frederick Tracey double, added to by Callum Walton, secured a 3-0 win at
Golcar United.
Thackley were 3-2 winners at
Bottesford Town in another dramatic encounter with Thomas Greaves scoring two of their goals and Aiden Chippendale claiming an 83rd minute winner.

Hallam won 2-1 at
Penistone Church, courtesy of goals from Jack Brownell and Danny Deakin.
In Division One,
Parkgate claimed their first points of the campaign as a late Ross Duggan brace bagged the Steelmen a 2-0 victory at
Glasshoughton Welfare.
They are now level on points with
Worsbrough Bridge Athletic who were beaten 3-0 at home by
Athersley Recreation.
Jack Bennett, Cole Patrick and Kyle Batchelor scored the goals for the Rec that sees them climb up into twelfth spot.
Both Notts Senior Cup First Round ties involving Toolstation NCEL sides, meanwhile, were decided by a penalty shoot-out.
Ollerton Town were held 1-1 at home by former league rivals Sherwood Colliery after Jake Squires' spot-kick was cancelled out by their ex-striker Gavin King.
And, Ollerton rallied from missing three in a row in the shoot-out to progress 3-2 on penalties to go through to the next stage.
Retford FC, however, were beaten 4-2 on spot kicks after a 2-2 draw with Dunkirk that saw goals for the Choughs from Zach Casburn and Liam Bennett.
