Albion Sports and Bottesford Town both made their way through to the Preliminary Round with penalty shoot-out victories in their Emirates FA Cup replays in midweek.Sports drew 2-2 at home with North West Counties League side Barnoldswick Town, Jahro Parchment quickly levelling after an early opener from the visitors with Hass Gorji putting them in front after eighteen minutes.
The Lions held that advantage until first-half stoppage time when Town grabbed an equaliser and that is how it stayed for the rest of the contest to the end of extra-time.
Sports then won 4-3 on spot kicks to secure a trip to Avro at the next stage a week on Saturday.
Bottesford, meanwhile, were eight minutes away from being eliminated at Toolstation NCEL Premier Division rivals
Barton Town.
Thomas Waudby and Benjamin Hinchliffe had seemingly put the Swans through after Tom Williams had broken the deadlock for the away side.
But, Ryan Thompson made it 2-2 before, in extra time, Hinchliffe's second restored Barton's lead and then Jack Cross forced a shoot-out in the 116th minute.
The Poachers cantered to a 4-1 win on penalties and next travel to Harborough Town.
Thackley and
Winterton Rangers were both beaten by Pitching In Northern Premier League opposition, with Thackley going down 2-0 at Ramsbottom United.
Rangers were defeated in extra-time at home to Shepshed Dynamo after they had taken the lead through Jaime Ture.

Hallam and
Yorkshire Amateur bowed out at North West Counties League hosts, 1-0 at Bury AFC and 2-0 at Charnock Richard, respectively.
In the Premier Division,
Eccleshill United and
Handsworth were both winners to make it two victories out of two to start their campaigns.
Matthias Britton, Matthew Sykes and Fernando Moke netted for Eccleshill in a 3-2 home success over
Knaresborough Town, Danny Edwards with both of the visitors' goals.
Jonathan Williams' late penalty grabbed Handsworth the points in a single-goal win at
Golcar United.
Ryan Johnson and Reece High's goals at each end of their match at
Silsden AFC saw
Penistone Church take home a 2-0 victory whilst it was goalless between hosts
Frickley Athletic and
Garforth Town.
Horbury Town and
Harrogate Railway Athletic top the early Division One table with a maximum nine points from their three games.
Gibril Bojang's seven minute second half hat trick helped Horbury to a 6-2 home win over
Parkgate and goals from Oliver Norman, Kieran Greenway and Albert Ibrahimi secured a 3-0 triumph for the Rail at
Armthorpe Welfare.
The hosts were reduced to ten men after just ten minutes when keeper Joseph Bacon was red-carded for a foul on visiting striker Joseph Crosby.
Wakefield AFC, like Horbury, have had an excellent start to life in the NCEL, picking up seven points so far with a 7-0 win at
Swallownest moving them up into third.

Nostell Miners Welfare.
Selby Town came from two goals down to beat visitors
Glasshoughton Welfare with Daniel Davison claiming the winner on 79 minutes whilst Liam Bennett was the match winner for
Retford FC as they beat visitors
Worsbrough Bridge Athletic by a single goal.
Ollerton Town are off the mark after Brandon Shaw and Jack Hollis-Smith secured them a 2-1 defeat of hosts
Athersley Recreation and six goals were shared at Inkersall Road between
Staveley Miners Welfare and
Shirebrook Town.
Staveley would have thought the points were theirs when they led 3-2 and Shirebrook's captain Ashley Grayson was sent off by the hour mark.
But, Joshua Devereux popped up to grab an equaliser for the ten-man visitors to make it a point apiece for the Derbyshire sides.
