3rd May, 2013
Pickering Town became the first Baris NCEL club to win the North Riding Senior Cup as they beat Marske United 3-0 in midweek.
Liam Shepherd put the Pikes ahead on 59 minutes at the Stokesley Sports Club ground and two goals in the last two minutes, firstly from a Liam Salt penalty and then from Joe Danby, saw them lift the trophy.
Thackley will take on Louth Town in Monday's League Cup final after they won 2-0 at home to Worksop Parramore in their Semi-Final on Tuesday, Jordan Missin and Nicky Matthews with the second-half goals.
Brighouse Town were confirmed as runners-up in the Premier Division as a Tom Matthews brace helped them to a 3-1 home victory over basement side Hall Road Rangers.
It means that third-placed Bridlington Town can no longer catch them up, despite their 3-1 win at Parkgate, courtesy of a Craig Hogg hat-trick.
Arnold Town's 2-1 win at home to Armthorpe Welfare means they have avoided finishing in the bottom two, Ricky Gardner and Simon Wilkinson netting in the second period after Josh Gibbons had given the visitors a 27th minute lead.
The Eagles go above Armthorpe who drop into the bottom three going into the final round of matches at the weekend.
Retford United drew 1-1 at Nostell Miners Welfare, thanks to a Rob Sanderson equaliser in injury time whilst Liversedge were 2-1 victors at Staveley Miners Welfare and, on Thursday night, Worksop Parramore went down 4-2 at home to Heanor Town.
Aaron Joseph's hat-trick helped AFC Emley to an 8-0 pummelling of Bottesford Town to move them up into fifth in Division One in a game that saw Emley's Mark Wilson notch up his 900th non-league game.
They remain two points behind fourth-placed Louth Town who won 1-0 at Appleby Frodingham, Danny Stevens with their 54th minute strike.
Hallam struck five without reply at home to bottom side Askern Villa whilst Shirebrook Town won 4-1 at Dinnington Town and Bottesford Town were also victorious on their travels, 3-1 at Teversal.
And, Hemsworth Miners Welfare beat visitors Eccleshill United by a single goal.
