Scarborough Athletic and Shirebrook Town are the respective leaders of the Premier Division and Division One tables as the title races hot up after another thrilling round of matches on Saturday.
Scarborough are now five points clear at the league summit after a 7-1 home win over Long Eaton United.
Ryan Blott scored twice for the Seadogs - taking his season's tally in the league to 30 - whilst Jimmy Beadle also claimed a brace, Robert Hawkes and David Brown got on the scoresheet and a Matt Littlewood own goal compounded the visitors' misery.
Brighouse Town began the day in second spot but slipped slightly in their challenge for the championship as they tasted defeat in the league for the first time since September.
Sam Hewitt had brought them back level at home to Retford United on 47 minutes after Bobby Johnson had given the away side an early lead.
But, Craig Fisher made sure that it was the Nottinghamshire side who took all three points with an injury time winner that made it 2-1.

Meanwhile, the battle to avoid relegation continues to gather pace with just four points now separating the bottom five sides.
Arnold Town climbed up off the foot of the table as Chris Baugh's double earned them a 2-1 win at Winterton Rangers.
Rangers fall back into the bottom two after that defeat whilst Hall Road Rangers' eighth loss in a row now sees them propping up the rest.
They were beaten 3-0 at Heanor Town, Neil Grayson's double added to by a strike from Tom Cooper-Richards.

The Langwith Road side moved top with a 4-0 victory at Rossington Main, Ellis Ward opening the scoring on six minutes before Mitcham Husbands added another two by midway through the first half and Daniel Williams concluded the scoring on the hour mark.

Knaresborough Town, who are fifth, condemned hosts Askern Villa to their sixth straight defeat as Steve Bromley's hat-trick helped them to a 4-1 victory.
Kye Pilmore's 55th minute strike made it ten games without a loss for sixth-placed Teversal as they won 1-0 against Grimsby Borough at Carnarvon Street.
Meanwhile, bottom side Selby Town's renaissance continues with a 4-0 win at Hallam, Jack Wooley with two of the goals added to by strikes from Daniel Gray and Sean Dickinson.
