Bridlington Town's twelfth win in a row has kept them three points clear at the top of the Baris NCEL Premier Division after Saturday's matches produced a wealth of goals in both divisions.

The Seasiders had to wait until the 62nd minute for the breakthrough at home to fifth-placed Barton Town Old Boys when Scott Phillips found the back of the net.

That was then added to twice by Carl Stewart to put them in full control before Joe Cooper got an injury time consolation for the visitors.

Four goals from Lee Holmes helped Worksop Parramore to a 5-1 victory at Parkgate to remain two points behind the leaders in second spot whilst Scarborough Athletic stay third after Sam Denton's 27th minute strike earned them a 1-0 win at next-to-bottom Winterton Rangers.

Brighouse Town have lost some ground in fourth after their 2-2 draw at home to Thackley.

They had opened the scoring on eight minutes through Tom Matthews but the away side turned the game round by half-time with goals from Dempsey Smith and Brice Tiani.

However, Ernest Boafa made sure the spoils were shared with an equaliser for the hosts on the hour mark.

Long Eaton United have climbed to sixth following their 4-2 victory at Pickering Town with two goals from Jacob Webster setting the Derbyshire side on their way to three points.

They go above Tadcaster Albion who were held 2-2 by visitors Liversedge, Daniel Gray's 67th minute strike rescuing a point for the Brewers.

Ryan Damms struck twice in Staveley Miners Welfare's 3-0 win at Glasshoughton Welfare to move the Inkersall Road side up into eighth.

Retford United complete the top ten after Scott Bibby, Adam Scott, James O'Neill and Bobby Johnson secured a comfortable 4-0 home victory over Hall Road Rangers.

Jordan Hall's injury-time winner gave all three points to Heanor Town in their 3-2 win at home to Nostell Miners Welfare.

And, there were 3-3 draws for bottom side Lincoln Moorlands Railway at Armthorpe Welfare whilst Arnold Town scored twice in the last seven minutes to get a point at home to Maltby Main.

Athersley Recreation's lead at the top of Division One has grown to four points after Kieron Scargill and Jamie Sutton struck in each half in a 2-0 victory at Rossington Main.

Johnathan Oglesby and Jack Debnam got two goals apiece as Cleethorpes Town's 6-0 win over hosts Dinnington Town moved them up into second.

They go above Pontefract Collieries who drew 1-1 at Grimsby Borough, Louth Town who lost 3-2 at Knaresborough Town after Dave Thomas' 81st minute winner and Worsbrough Bridge Athletic whose home game with Hallam was postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.

Alex Rouse's hat-trick helped Eccleshill United to a 4-3 home win over Shirebrook Town whilst two debutants earned Clipstone Welfare a 2-1 victory against Hemsworth Miners Welfare at the Lido Ground.

Sam Marsden and Adam Somes struck for the Cobras after Neil Towler had given the visitors a sixth-minute lead.

Appleby Frodingham have climbed off the bottom of the table following their 3-0 home victory over Yorkshire Amateur, Nathan Watson with two of the goals.

They are replaced by Selby Town who, despite a couple from Louis Blackwell, were beaten 3-2 at Teversal, Eli Mitchell's early strike added to by two from Oliver Wood for the hosts.

And, there were away wins for Albion Sports and Bottesford Town, beating hosts AFC Emley, 3-1, and Askern Villa, 3-2, respectively.
