AFC Emley led the way, beating North West Counties League leaders Congleton Town, as eight Baris NCEL sides progressed from the First Round of the FA Carlsberg Vase on Saturday.
Ashley Flynn's 50th-minute strike with only goal of the game for the hosts as the Division One side provided a big upset.
Five more NCEL teams beat opposition from other leagues with Armthorpe Welfare, Long Eaton United and Parkgate all winning on their travels.
A Joe Lumsden brace helped Armthorpe beat AFC Liverpool, 3-1, whilst a Shay Wiggins strike on 68 minutes gave Long Eaton a single goal victory at Heather St Johns.
And, Parkgate produced a dramatic extra-time win at St Helens Town to go through, after forcing a further half-hour with an injury-time equaliser from Daniel Patterson to make it 2-2.
Nathan Forbes-Swindells then added his second and his side's third in extra-time before Keir Hannity made it 4-2 in the 113th minute.
Bottesford Town left visitors Rochdale Town distraught with a last-gasp winner for the home side by Chris Garth in their 2-1 triumph.
And, Liam Salt scored twice in Pickering Town's 4-1 home victory over Durham City.
Three of our sides fell to non-NCEL adversaries as Bridlington Town went down 5-1 at home to a very strong Spennymoor Town whilst Nostell Miners Welfare were beaten 2-1 by visitors Formby and Retford United bowed out, 3-2, at Spalding United.
There were three all-NCEL ties with Brighouse Town winning 5-2 at Hall Road Rangers, Tom Matthews' early double strike added to in the second period by goals from Nick Jagger, Ryan Hall and Craig Billington.
Jordan Missin's injury-time winner saw Thackley through 3-2 at home to Scarborough Athletic.
And, there is a replay on Wednesday night after Shirebrook Town drew 1-1 with visitors Heanor Town, Tom Mullen levelling on 50 minutes for the hosts soon after Neil Grayson had broken the deadlock.
In the Premier Division, Worksop Parramore missed out on a chance to move up into second as Simon Barraclough's 86th-minute equaliser for Staveley Miners Welfare saw the game end 2-2 at the Windsor Foodservice Stadium.
Tadcaster Albion are up into seventh after goals from Stuart Rice, Matthew Sparkes, Chris Kamara and Tom Owen gave them a 4-1 home victory over Arnold Town.
Four goals from Marcus Edwards heaped more misery on bottom side Lincoln Moorlands Railway as they went down 5-0 at home to Glasshoughton Welfare.
Maltby Main won by a single goal over visitors Winterton Rangers, Craig Gladwin with the winner seven minutes from time, whilst it was 1-1 between Barton Town Old Boys and Liversedge.

Athersley Recreation maintained a four-point gap at the summit as a first-half Tom Harban penalty was added to after the interval by Lee Bennett and Jack Briscoe to give them a 3-0 home win over Grimsby Borough.

Pontefract Collieries are up into sixth despite only picking up a point at home to Knaresborough Town, Brenton Leister's 77th-minute penalty rescuing the draw after Craig Robinson's own goal had given the away side a first-half lead.
