The draw has been made for the Second Round of the 2022/23 Toolstation NCEL League Cup.

It took place at the Easy Buy Stadium, home of the defending champions Barton Town, with the balls drawn by Martyn Girdham, presided over by the NCEL's general manager Matt Jones, and broadcast on Barton FM.
