Baris, the NCEL sponsors, have confirmed that they will not be renewing the sponsorship of the NCEL for season 2013/14 following two successful annual sponsorship deals with the Competition.

The NCEL will therefore be seeking new sponsors for next season.

Staveley Miners Welfare FC Ltd, which is a separate corporate identity and not part of any Baris Group company, have also confirmed that Baris will not be renewing its sponsorship of the club for next season and they are in discussions with several companies with a view to launching new sponsorship deals in readiness for 2013/14.

The Northern Counties East League will retain the name of Baris in its title until the AGM in June 2013 and wish to thank Terry Damms and Tony Bruce for their unfailing support of the NCEL over the last two seasons.
