North Ferriby, the Toolstation NCEL's final representative in this season's Buildbase FA Vase, have been removed from the competition.

West Auckland Town, the team that the Villagers beat 4-0 in their Fourth Round tie at the weekend, have been reinstated and will now travel to Warrington Rylands in the last sixteen on Saturday.

The Division One club said in a statement that the FA had determined that Niall Tilsley was ineligible to play in the game following the discovery of a "non-recorded" yellow card issued in December.

Chairman Led Hare commented: "There is little more I can add at this time, other than I'm heartbroken for every Villager, but none more so than our incredible management and players."
