Revised kick-offs for this weekend's Buildbase FA Vase games
12th April, 2021
The kick-off time for this weekend's two Buildbase FA Vase games involving Toolstation NCEL sides will be changed as a mark of respect for the funeral of HRH The Prince Phillip, Duke of Edinburgh.
The FA are recommending that no football fixtures take place this Saturday between 2:45pm and 4:15pm, a minute's silence is observed before matches are played, and black armbands are worn.
Matches in the Emirates FA Cup and the Vitality Women's FA Cup due to be played on that day have been moved to an earlier or later time.
And, participating clubs in the Fourth Round of the FA Vase are being asked to agree a suitable revised kick-off time. Should clubs not be able to mutually agree on a new kick-off time, this shall be determined by The FA.
This will affect the behind-closed-doors ties involving Liversedge at Hebburn Town, and North Ferrriby at home to West Auckland Town.
Our thoughts continue to be with Her Majesty the Queen, FA President The Duke of Cambridge, and the wider royal family during this difficult time.
