At Thursday night's Toolstation NCEL management board meeting, a new chairman and vice chairman were elected as the league continues to prepare for the 2020/21 campaign.

Board member Brian Jones is the competition's new chairman, succeeding David Morrall who stepped down last month due to ill health.

And, Simon Pollard, who is the NCEL's league development officer, has become vice chairman following Peter Lang's decision to end his lengthy spell in the role at the conclusion of last season.

The board wishes to thank David and Peter for their many combined years of service to the NCEL.
