Miller Leaves Sedge

1st June, 2012

Due to work commitments and time spent travelling from his home in Harrogate, Billy Miller has resigned as manager of Liversedge.

Billy and his assistant - Lee Ashforth - have taken a position with Harrogate Railway in the Evo-Stik Northern Premier League.

A statement from the Baris NCEL Premier Division side said: "We would like to wish Billy and Lee every success at their new club and thank them wholeheartedly for the work and commitment given to Liversedge.

"Liversedge invite applicants for the managerial position to send their applications to Liversedge FC no later than Monday 11th June. Or alternatively ring our Chairman - Mr Steve Newton - on 07967 683473. E-mail: steve.newton@aeindustrial.co.uk

"This coming season, Liversedge have decided to run a reserve side along with our Academy side and they will play in the Lancashire Football League so whoever is successful will have a team of helpful personnel alongside to assist in their management duties.

"Once again we would like to offer our thanks to Billy and Lee."
