Hodder is New Robins Boss
28th December, 2011
There has been a change of manager at Baris NCEL Premier Division strugglers Selby Town with Graham Hodder replacing David Heard at the helm.
A statement from the Rigid Group Stadium side reads: "It is with regret that Selby Town have parted company with manager David Heard after sixteen games in charge.
"With only seven points from a possible 45, the committee thought a change now was the only way forward in a bid to stave off relegation.
"Selby Town would like to thank Dave for all his work, after coming into the job in difficult circumstances, and wish him all the best for the future.
"Selby Town have sixteen games left and have appointed ex-Yorkshire Amateur and Rothwell Town boss Graham Hodder as the new manager.
"Graham brings a wealth of experience to the club after for years at Amateur and another three years managing at county level.
"The new manager will be thrown in at the deep end, with his first game in charge on Monday 2nd January at home to Liversedge."
