Proposed 2012/13 Constitution Confirmed

Following the reconvened FA Leagues Committee meeting held yesterday, the following is the proposed constitution of the NCEL for season 2012/13 to be confirmed at the NCEL AGM on Saturday 16th June.
Both the Premier Division and Division One will be increased to 22 teams under the plans.
Glasshoughton Welfare and Worksop Parramore will be promoted to the Premier Division whilst Selby Town will be relegated to Division One.
Heanor Town will also come up into the Premier Division from the East Midlands Counties League.
And, there will be four new teams in Division One with Athersley Recreation, Knaresborough Town, Cleethorpes Town and Clipstone Welfare coming in.
