Teversal FC held another excellent evening of football humour and nostalgia on Thursday the 29th of March 2007.

There was a look back over the glorious footballing career of one of Scotland's finest when Ian St John gave a r?sum? of the high and lows of his career.

The night was compared by John Collier and the world of comedy was superbly represented with constant laughter throughout Mike Farrell's spot.

Add the buffet, games of Heads & Tails and Irish Bingo, and there was a full night's entertainment with a number of football memorabilia auctioned off.

One item of 66 World Cup collectables was auctioned for charity.

In addition John Collier congratulated the Teversal Committee, for making the night possible and along with the football club thanked the Triple S and their waitress' for their part in making for an excellent night.

On the back of the success of these evenings and growing reputation the club is having in making these type of events affordable for all, the Tevie boys are hoping to be arrange a further event in June 2007.

A further piece of good news for the Carnarvon Street club is that the work is due to start on the storm damage to the Clubhouse and Tea Bar.

The work is scheduled to start on the 5th April 2007 and is hoped to be completed by the end of the month.

The Tevie Bar continues to be open and will remain open throughout the repairs.
