Colls Back In County Cup

Pontefract Collieries have been reinstated into the West Riding County Cup after Conference side Halifax Town fielded an ineligible player.
Simon Rawnsley who scored in the Shayman's record 14-3 win over the Colls was cup-tied having played in the First Round for Bradford Park Avenue.
And now, Halifax's official website has confirmed that they have been removed from the competition following a WRCFA meeting.
Pontefract Collieries now take their place in the Quarter-Finals at home to, ironically, Bradford Park Avenue.
