Maltby Main are the new league leaders after a 2-0 win at Shirebrook Town on Wednesday.
Two goals in two minutes around the hour mark from Tom Fletcher and Paul Turner sealed the victory at Langwith Road.
The defeat leaves Shirebrook next-to-bottom of the Premier Division whilst Maltby take over at the helm from Mickleover Sports who were beaten 24 hours earlier at Eccleshill United.
Strikes from Mark Burnham and Ben Hardy earned Eccleshill a 2-0 victory that moves them into fourth place.
A hat-trick from Steve Baxter brought a fine win for Pickering Town at home to Arnold Town on Tuesday.
The Eagles consolation in the 3-1 defeat came from a late Richard Jeffrey penalty.
However, the game was overshadowed by a serious injury to Arnold vice-captain Chris Hudson.
The match was held up for 45 minutes whilst he received treatment following a challenge towards the end of the first-half.
He was taken to hospital with a suspected double fracture of his left ankle - all at the NCEL wish him a speedy recovery.
A second-half fightback from Hallam saw them win 3-1 at home to Brodsworth Welfare.
Billy Rowley equalised after Welfare's 22nd minute opener before Scott Bates put the home side ahead and Rowley made sure of the three points with his second in injury time.
Elsewhere, it was Cup action with three matches in the First Round of the League Cup.
Hall Road Rangers and Worsbrough Bridge will face each other in the next round after both picked up 2-1 wins at Rossington Main and South Normanton Athletic, respectively.
Staveley Miners Welfare also progressed with a 3-1 home victory over AFC Emley.
