The most intriguing tussles take place in NCEL Division One where three of the top four sides are in action as the chase for promotion gathers momentum.

Third-placed Nostell Miners Welfare host the side just above them, Winterton Rangers, on Tuesday night whilst South Normanton Athletic, who are fourth, entertain struggling Yorkshire Amateur at Lees Lane.

The other Division One tie is a mid-table affair with Worsbrough Bridge at home to Pontefract Collieries.

In the Premier Division, Maltby Main could move up to third with victory at Armthorpe Welfare whilst there is a basement battle between bottom side Brodsworth Welfare and their visitors Thackley who are eighteenth in the table.

Liversedge host Pickering Town whilst, in the only game to take place on Wednesday night, Eccleshill United travel to Selby Town.

In the League Cup, Division One leaders are at Premier Division outfit Long Eaton United as both sides aim for a Quarter-Final tie at Garforth Town.

And, there are four matches in the Third Round of the Notts Senior Cup with a quartet of NCEL sides facing Central Midlands League opposition.

Three of them are on their travels as Sutton Town go to Clipstone Welfare, Gedling Town are at Rainworth Miners Welfare and Carlton Town visit Rolls Royce Leisure.

Retford United are the sole side on their own patch as they entertain Radford.
