The Northern Counties East League have announced the proposed structure of the Premier Division and Division One for next season.

With Buxton and Harrogate Railway moving up into the UniBond League, there will be no relegation from the Premier Division.

Carlton Town and Retford United will be promoted to keep twenty teams in the top division.

Division One will increase to seventeen sides after it was confirmed that AFC Emley, Dinnington Town and Nostell Miners Welfare will enter the NCEL.

The proposal will need to be ratified by clubs at the league's Annual General Meeting on Sunday the 18th of June.
