Grimsby Borough's plans to be in a new ground by the start of next season are well on track.

The KoolSport NCEL Division One side, that currently groundshares with Brigg Town, are looking to move to a new purpose built facility at the Bradley Playing Fields Development in Grimsby.

And it is taking shape at an alarming rate.



The project was only started at the beginning of November and already the main pitch is laid and the grass is through.

The perimeter pitch fence is installed along with the 5m high surrounding mesh fence.

All the preparation work and necessary fencing has been completed for the second pitch which is to be a G3 surface.

All works are scheduled to be finished for April 2010.
