Roly Lanes has joined Hemsworth Miners Welfare as assistant manager following the departure of Wayne Benn.

Benn has gone to Bradford Park Avenue where he will take charge of their Reserve side, and Hemsworth has thanked Wayne for his short period at the club and the help he has given them.

Lanes leaves his post as Hall Green United manager to join Andy Cracknell as the men in charge.

He will be best remembered for the years spent at Pontefract Collieries and has a wealth of experience at this level that will be a great asset for the manager.

Coach Shane Phillips has stepped down to help out with the reserves whilst Javed Dar has joined the club as Main Physiotherapist while Tony Polson will remain as Match day Physio.

The club's Commercial Managers are now Billy Rowett and John Walstow.
