Hemsworth Miners Welfare have acquired the services of Wayne Benn as assistant manager to Andrew Cracknell and Steve Donaldson who joins the club as fitness coach.

Wayne was released at the end of last season by Guiseley F.C. where he was assistant Manager.

He will come in and add his experience to the coaching side and playing side as he played at UniBond standard throughout his career.

Steve Donaldson is a fully qualified fitness instructor and will be responsible for First Team fitness both in pre-season and through the season.

He is an ex-player who came into the club towards the back end of last season and is looking forward to putting his pre-season programmes to work with the team beginning their training last night.

Hemsworth hope to have several new faces at pre-season training as quite a few players have expressed a preference of joining the club as they look to push on from last season's tenth place finish.
