KoolSport NCEL clubs are being given special dispensation to change the kick-off time of their matches on March 26th.

This is because of the UEFA 2012 European Football Championship qualifier between Wales and England that is taking place on that date at 3pm.

The NCEL's Management Board has agreed that start times for games can be altered provided that all parties, including the match officials, agree.

However, notification of any such change must be made to the Fixture Secretary by Friday 18th March at the latest.
