Perkins Quits Welfare
30th June, 2007
Paul Perkins has resigned as joint-manager of NCEL Premier Division side, Brodsworth Welfare.
His colleague Richard Sennett, who joined the Welfare Ground side in December from Rossington Main, will now be in charge on his own.
Welfare will be hoping for a better campaign this time round after they finished bottom of the table last season with only ten points from 38 matches.
And, having been reprieved from relegation due to the close-season restructuring of the National League System, they will be hoping to turn their good fortune to full advantage.
