Hutchinson In For Eagle At Parkgate
9th June, 2008
Parkgate have announced that Sean Hutchinson has taken over as manager following the resignation of Russell Eagle.
Hutchinson, who has played for Sheffield Wednesday, Bradford Park Avenue, Harrogate Town, Matlock Town, Buxton, Eccleshill United and Belper Town, turned out for Parkgate at the start of last season until he was injured.
Eagle's departure has come as a shock, bringing to an end a two-and-a-half year reign at Green Lane.
During that time, the club gained promotion by winning the Division One title and also got their hands on the Wilkinson Sword Trophy.
Eagle has wished all the best to the players and the committee which the club have also done to him.
