A Nicky Boshell strike saw Liversedge progress against North Ferriby United whilst Glapwell had Michael Fox, Colin Cockerill and Justin Burdett to thank for their 3-2 win over Rugby Town.
An Alan Jefferies brace helped Gedling to a 3-1 win over visitors Sports, James Whitehead grabbed the third for them whilst Chris Archer found the net for the away side.
Hallam bowed out, however, by a single goal to visitors Woodley Sports.
And, Hall Road Rangers lost 3-2 at home to Billingham Town.
Goals from Danny Clarke and Lee Mohammed were not enough for Winterton Rangers either as they exited the competition with a 3-2 loss at West Auckland Town.

Armthorpe Welfare are fourth after a 3-2 victory over Lincoln Moorlands Railway, a Liam Radford brace got them the points even though they were reduced to nine men.
Goals from Liam Serrant and Andy Philp helped Eccleshill United climb to fifth with a 2-0 win at South Normanton Athletic.
And, Maltby Main also had fun on their travels after two from Ashley Longhurst and one each from Andy Hirst and Mike Taylor gave them a 4-0 victory at Thackley.
Arnold Town and Long Eaton United shared the spoils with a 1-1 draw at Gedling Road.
But, the game of the day came at Mill Lane where Pickering Town were 6-3 victors over visitors Brodsworth Welfare, a hat-trick within the opening 21 minutes from Mark Swales helping the Pikes to three vital points as their renaissance continues.

The shock result of the day came at Carnarvon Street where Teversal were soundly beaten 5-0 by Leeds Met Carnegie who had lost their two games so far in the league.
Neil Crosby and Paul Harrison both grabbed two each and Alex O'Brien struck in injury time for the NCEL newcomers.
Phil Jackman's 31st-minute goal was enough to give Bottesford Town all three points at Borrowash Victoria.
And, points were shared as Pontefract Collieries were held to a 2-2 draw by visitors Rossington Main and Yorkshire Amateur left Worsbrough Bridge Athletic with a 1-1 scoreline.
