League Cup draw made at AGM

The draw for the first two rounds of the 2019/20 Toolstation NCEL League Cup was made at the league's AGM that took place at the Cedar Court Hotel in Harrogate earlier today.
All eight winners from the First and Second Round ties go through to the Third Round where the remaining NCEL sides enter the competition.

There has also been a change to the format of the League Cup with clubs voting to get rid of extra-time in the competition prior to the semi-final stage.
Meanwhile, the line-up for the Premier Division and Division One was rubber-stamped with AFC Mansfield, Silsden, Brigg Town, North Ferriby and Retford welcomed to the competition whilst we said goodbye to Emley AFC, FC Bolsover, Harworth Colliery, Shirebrook Town and Worksop Town.
