Louth Part Company with Clare and Forman
29th October, 2013
Louth Town have mutually agreed with Daryl Clare and Carl Forman for them to step down from the management team with immediate effect.
It comes as side lay bottom of the Toolstation NCEL Division One table, having picked up just nine points from their opening fifteen games.
A statement from the White Wolves said: "The club would like to take the opportunity to thank Daryl and Carl for all their efforts and thank them for the successful season last year, resulting in Louth Town's highest ever league finish.
"As an interim measure, Louth Town have appointed Steve Cooper as caretaker manager, assisted by Jason Flint, and they will be in charge for Tuesday's match away at league leaders Shaw Lane Aquaforce and for Saturday's trip to AFC Emley. The committee at Louth Town will provide as much support and assistance to Steve and Jason in this.
"Louth Town are inviting applications for the position of manager, applications to be received via email to secretary@louthtown.co.uk no later than Wednesday 6th November. Suitable candidates may be invited for interview by the Louth Town management committee."
