A hat-trick from Chris Davey ensured that Thackley kept their place at the top of the Toolstation NCEL Premier Division as they won 6-1 at struggling Lincoln Moorlands Railway in midweek.
Mike Garrod struck twice whilst Matthew Morgan also got on the scoresheet against their hosts who are next-to-bottom of the table.
They are two points clear of Retford United who climbed above Tadcaster Albion with a single goal victory at home to Bridlington Town.
But, the Badgers left it very late with James O'Neill grabbing the winner in stoppage time.
Basford United are up into ninth after Jamie Walker and Tyeisse Nightingale's goals secured a 2-1 home win over Albion Sports, Levi Maturine with the visitors' goal.
And, Kieran Debrouwer's remarkable goalscoring record continued in Heanor Town's 5-1 win at Winterton Rangers.
He claimed his fourth hat-trick in five games, adding to strikes from Jared Holmes and Courey Grantham.
Hall Road Rangers were victorious in the only League Cup First Round game played in midweek as they beat hosts Bottesford Town, 2-1, Chris Adams and Brad McKay with the goals before Kyle Jones got a late consolation for the home side.
Elsewhere, the focus was on County Cup competitions with the most action taking place in the Second Round of the Sheffield & Hallamshire Senior Cup.
Worksop Parramore were 12-1 winners over Phoenix with nine different scorers whilst Rossington Main also won big, 8-3, at home to Bentley Colliery and Athersley Recreation defeated Millmoor Juniors, 6-2.
Parkgate beat league rivals Hemsworth Miners Welfare, 1-0, at Green Lane with Scott Lowe getting the goal whilst Kurtis Morley's 86th minute strike was the winner for Staveley Miners Welfare in a 2-1 victory at home to Worsbrough Bridge Athletic.
Maltby Main also progressed, 4-2, at Kinsley Boys but AFC Emley, Dinnington Town, Hallam and Nostell Miners Welfare bowed out of the competition.
Brighouse Town are through to the Second Round of the West Riding County Cup after a 2-1 win at Yorkshire Amateur, Antony Brown and Ben Small with their goals before Sean Ward pulled one back for the Ammers, but Garforth Town, Glasshoughton Welfare and Tadcaster Albion went out to Wakefield, Ossett Albion and Ossett Town, respectively.
Cleethorpes Town were 5-1 winners at Louth Town in the Lincolnshire Senior Trophy and there were victories for both Teversal and Clipstone in the Notts Senior Cup, 2-0 at home to Calverton Miners Welfare and 4-1 at home to Kimberley Miners Welfare.
