Wright Lands Permanent Bridge Role
19th December, 2016
Josh Wright has been appointed the Worsbrough Bridge Athletic manager on a permanent basis.
The 27-year-old has been in interim charge since the end of October after Ian Shirt resigned and has taken control of ten matches.
In a statement, the Toolstation NCEL Division One side said: "The club believes that Wright provides the best chance of retaining our NCEL status and will end any uncertainty and allows Wright to properly plan for the long-term."
Wright added: "I know what is required to turn the team around. I'm confident we'll get there and I'm thankful that the board have put faith in me."
His first game in permanent charge will be the Boxing Day clash with Campion at Park Road.
