Now the 2016/17 Toolstation NCEL season has been completed, Armthorpe Welfare have begun work on renovating and updating the snack bar building to create a new snack bar and bar/lounge area.

This will involve removing the internal walls and replacing them with a solitary wall with two serving areas - one for food and one for the bar.

There will also be new plasterboard on the walls and ceilings which will then be painted, new exterior cladding and the creation of a new patio area.

The kitchen will also be upgraded with new units and flooring whilst the lounge/bar will benefit from a new carpet.

The club say they are working to a tight budget to achieve these aims so any help with materials, etc will be greatly appreciated.
