27th April, 2017
Handsworth Parramore have announced that James Colliver is the Toolstation NCEL Premier Division side's new manager.
The former Clipstone boss has left Evo-Stik League side Sheffield to join the Amber Parras where he will be assisted by Ryan France and Gary Middleton.
Colliver, better known as Jas, has strong connections with the club as he played for Handsworth Boys and helped Handsworth win the NCEL Division One title and President's Cup in 2011/12 before managing its County Senior League side.
A statement on Handsworth Parramore's website said: "We would like to place on record our thanks to Sheffield FC who have been exemplary in their co-operation in helping the appointment of Jas run smoothly.
"All applicants for the position have been contacted personally and we'd like to place on record our thanks each and every one who showed in an interest in the position, we were overwhelmed and greatly impressed by the calibre of applicant.
"The club would like to welcome Jas, Gary and Ryan to the club and we wish them every success in their new positions."
Colliver replaces Mick Godber who stepped down as manager earlier this month.
