2017/18 constitution revised once more

8th June, 2017

The 2017/18 Toolstation NCEL constitution has been revised once more after Westella & Willerby turned down an offer to reprieve them from relegation.

They had been given the opportunity after movement in divisions above them in the National League System had opened up a place for them.

But, they have told the NCEL that they are looking to rebuild in the Humber Premier League - the league fully respects their decision and wish them all the best for the future.

It means that Nostell Miners Welfare, who finished bottom of Division One, will retain their membership of the NCEL, and it is great to have them back on board.

The constitution will be ratified at the league's Annual General Meeting that takes place in Scarborough on Saturday 17th June, 2017.
