The Toolstation NCEL AGM took place on Saturday afternoon at the Royal Hotel in Scarborough where the new league line-up was confirmed and the first two rounds of the 2016/17 League Cup were drawn.

As expected, Harrogate Railway Athletic were welcomed back to the league after a ten year spell in the Northern Premier League and will be in the Premier Division for the upcoming campaign.

And, two brand new clubs were introduced to the competition with Campion and Ollerton Town promoted from the West Riding County Amateur League and the Central Midlands League, respectively.
