The draw for this season's Second Round of the JCP Construction League Cup was broadcast this evening on Barton FM with 33 Toolstation NCEL sides paired in sixteen matches.

The twenty Premier Division teams join the competition at this stage alongside twelve from Division One who either progressed from the First Round or received a bye.
