The David Morrall Fair Play League table displays the number of cautions, standard charges, misconduct charges and penalty points from games in the NCEL only.This displays the number of sin bins (SB), cautions (C), standard charges (S), pending misconduct charges (PM), misconduct charges (M) and penalty points (Pts) from games in the NCEL only.
The number of penalty points incurred for a cautionable offence, each sending-off offence and other charges is as follows: Cautions 4 penalty points: Dissent (including sin bin) Standards (Send Offs) 6 penalty points: Receiving a second caution in the same match (where both cautions are for dissent) 7 penalty points: Using offensive, insulting, or abusive language and/or gestures 7 penalty points: Violent conduct 10 penalty points: Spitting at an opponent or any other person Misconduct 5-10 penalty points: At discretion of the FA's Disciplinary Committee 7-10 penalty points: Where charge is dealt with by the National Serious Case Panel Any offences not listed above will receive 0 penalty points.
