Pikes removed from League Cup

Pickering Town have been removed from this season's Toolstation NCEL League Cup after admitting fielding an ineligible player in a Third Round tie last month.
Ashley Hope played for the Pikes in their 2-0 win at Glasshoughton Welfare on 19th January having played for Selby Town in a previous round of the competition.
In accordance with Rule 7 of the NCEL Cup Rules, Pickering have been fined ?100 and disqualified from the competition with Glasshoughton re-instated.
