And, 685 witnessed Alexander Hardwick's late penalty secure a 1-0 win for
Sheffield at
Handsworth to keep his side in third position in a tight game that saw the hosting Ambers reduced to nine men.
Thomas Waudby's late double ensured a 2-0 home victory for
Barton Town over
Bottesford Town to lift the Swans up into fourth whilst
Tadcaster Albion climb to fifth as they won by the same scoreline at
Knaresborough Town, Oliver Green with both of the Brewers' goals.
Handsworth drop to sixth with
Campion and
Parkgate both winning to close the gap to the Ambers to four points.
Ewan Gregson got the winner in Campion's 1-0 victory at
Eccleshill United and Elliott Ardron and Jamie Purkiss were the scorers for Parkgate as they beat hosts
Rossington Main 2-1.
Silas Valladolid-Collins had put Main ahead from the penalty spot but the defeat sees them drop into the relegation zone, overtaken by
Albion Sports who won 3-0 at home to

A late rally from
Dearne & District saw them snatch a 2-1 win at home to
Maltby Main that increases their lead at the summit of Division One to twelve points.
They fell behind to a goal towards the end of the first half but Jamie Austin pounced twice in the final eight minutes to grab a victory on a day that saw second-placed
Harrogate Railway Athletic drop points.
Harris Eggleston put the Rail ahead in the 40th minute but Joe Snowden ensured it was honours even in a 1-1 draw as he struck towards the start of the second period for visitors
Ilkley Town.
Meanwhile, third-placed
Worsbrough Bridge Athletic fell to a 2-1 loss at
Athersley Recreation, Kane Reece and James Woodhouse with the hosts' goals before Juninho Blake struck a consolation for the Briggers.
The win has opened up a three-point gap between the Rec and the relegation zone whilst Worsbrough have seen the chasing pack get nearer with victories for
Wakefield AFC and
Brigg Town.
Akeel Francis and Callum Nicell netted in the closing stages to grab Wakefield a 3-1 win at
Nostell Miners Welfare whilst Lewis Collins, Jack Varley and Adam Drury were the scorers for the Zebras as they defeated visitors
Appleby Frodingham by the same scoreline.
Crowle Colts missed out on a chance to move into the top six as a Cole Nelson double helped hosts
Louth Town to a 3-1 victory over Gav Cooper's side.
Marc Newsham, Luke Williams and William Gomes were the scorers in
Club Thorne Colliery's 3-1 home victory over
Goole AFC and their side climbs into eighth above Maltby and
Armthorpe Welfare who went down 2-0 to visitors
Selby Town.
Harry Clapham and Troy Greening were the scorers for the Robins who keep themselves in thirteenth spot.
Musa Dukuray Corrah got two of
Route One Rovers' goals as they beat hosts
Glasshoughton Welfare 3-0 whilst
Winterton Rangers played out a 3-3 draw with visitors
Doncaster City, Leo Berriman with a couple of goals for the home side.
And, there was one game in midweek with Worsbrough getting an early Christmas present on Tuesday night with a 4-0 win at Dinnington Town in the Quarter-Finals of the Sheffield & Hallamshire Senior Cup.
Lloyd Smith, Arista Llewellyn, Liam Flanagan and Josh Brown were the scorers as the Briggers booked their place in the last four with ease.
