Hull United have been deducted three points for fielding an ineligible player during a Toolstation NCEL Division One match last month.
It happened in their 5-0 victory against Worsbrough Bridge Athletic on Tuesday 8th March, 2016.
Following an investigation by the East Riding County FA, the club will now have the points gained from that match taken away from their tally in accordance with rule 6.9 of the FA's National League System regulations.
The Toolstation Northern Counties East Football League has this morning released the following statement regarding Hull United.
The League Management Board at its meeting on 14th April 2016 considered League Rules 2.3.2 and 2.6 MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS in respect of Hull United FC.
The FA/League requirement is that all clubs must submit details by 31st March details of the ground to the standard required (Rule 2.6) for an uninterrupted period of the minimum of the next Playing Season (Rule 2.3.2).
Hull United FC failed to provide any documentation to confirm a ground for season 2106/17 of either ownership, lease or ground-share to the satisfaction of the Board.
"Any club not maintaining the grade set for the Competition may be relegated at the end of the Playing Season to a Step determined by the FA."
The Board therefore decided that as Hull United FC, not having received a grading certificate by 31st March and not having a alternative proposal approved at the relevant Board Meeting, it shall be relegated forthwith at the end of the playing season to a level determined by the Football Association.
At the request of the club it is confirmed that the Board has not made this decision public until after Hull United FC has played its last match of season 2015/16 (18/04/16).
Any appeal against this decision may be made to the Football Association as per League Rule 17 PROTESTS AND APPEALS.
There will be no further statement made by the League at this stage.
Hull points deduction confirmed
7th April, 2016
A twelve point deduction for Toolstation NCEL Division One side Hull United has come into effect.
Following a League Management Board decision on Saturday 19th March, confirmed on Monday 21st March, and the elapse of the statutory appeal period, the points will now be taken off the club's tally.
This decision is based upon Hull United fielding two players who were registered with the club in the wrong status in a number of matches.
Just three days after stepping down as manager of Hull United, Curtis Woodhouse has announced that he is to return to the club's dugout for the rest of the campaign.
The Toolstation NCEL Division One side were led by interim manager Paul Foot for Saturday's 3-1 win over Lincoln Moorlands Railway.
But, Woodhouse revealed on Twitter on Sunday morning that, after speaking with the club's chairman Ian Ashbee, he would be coming back to be boss until the end of the season.
The Toolstation Northern Counties East Football League has released the following statement regarding the current situation with Hull United.
Hull United FC have been unable to obtain a ground/ground-share agreement for Season 2016/17 by the 31st March deadline.
The matter will be discussed further by the NCEL Management Board next week.
No further statement will be issued at this stage.
Hull United FC will continue playing its remaining 2015/16 home fixtures on the grounds of its opponents.
Woodhouse resigns as Hull boss
1st April, 2016
Curtis Woodhouse has announced on Twitter that he has stepped down as manager of Hull United.
In a tweet posted yesterday afternoon, he said: "I've today resigned as manager of @HullunitedAfc. I would like to wish the club all the best in the future."
Woodhouse had been in charge for fourteen months after being appointed the Citizens boss in January 2015, taking them to promotion from the Humber Premier League into the Toolstation NCEL at the end of last season.
A statement from the club this morning said: "The club would like to thank Curtis for everything he has done for us, both on and off the field during his time at the club.
"Curtis secured promotion and a cup final win in his first season before assembling a very good NCEL squad.
"Curtis put an incredible amount of time and effort into trying to make the club a success and for that we thank him greatly and wish his every success in his future endeavours."
Hull's next game is against Division One's bottom side Lincoln Moorlands Railway on Saturday.

The Toolstation NCEL have ruled that Hull United be deducted twelve points, subject to an appeal, after the Division One side played two players who were registered under the wrong status thereby making them ineligible.
A statement from the league said: "The club applied for a personal hearing to answer these charges under League Rule 6.9 and a sub-committee of the league's management board, empowered with full power subject to board ratification which has now been received, met to hear the case.
"The board carefully considered the club's comments, noting their acceptance of guilt and pleas of non-intention of breaking the rules.
"However, the board found the club guilty of these offences and advised the club of a twelve (12) point deduction advising them of their right of appeal to The FA under League Rule 17.4."
There will be no further comment from the Toolstation Northern Counties East League on this matter at this moment in time and any points deduction that is required will be factored into the Division One table once the period of appeal is over.
Hull United have been deducted three points for fielding a player in a Toolstation NCEL Division One game who was under suspension.
Nicky McNarama took part in their 2-0 win at Hallam on Saturday 24th October, 2015, scoring their first goal.
In accordance with League Rule 6.9, Hull United have been deducted the three points that they gained from the game and the Division One table will now be adjusted to reflect that deduction.
Statement re: Hull United
22nd January, 2016
The Toolstation Northern Counties East Football League have released the following statement this evening regarding Hull United.
Following the loss of their home ground at Hull KR Rugby League Stadium, Hull United FC have been in talks with a number of member clubs and other parties to investigate the possibility of securing tenure, either ground-share or wholly, to play their home games.
They presented to the League Management Board a proposed ground-share agreement with Brigg Town FC which was carefully considered by the Board.
After due diligence, this request was refused since it was considered not to be in the best overall interest of the competition and its member clubs.
In arriving at this decision, it was noted that Brigg Town FC already had a Reserve team sharing the ground playing Saturday fixtures along with other games involving an Under 18 team and professional club youth games.
This situation of First team, Reserves and Hull United FC would have left 24 home games to be played in a 14 week period without any further postponements and any other fixtures Brigg were committed to and the pitch condition would be a major concern given the extreme number of games still to be played.
Clearly this would have involved a number of clubs having to play their fixture against Hull United on a midweek evening rather than a Saturday afternoon as currently scheduled and this was felt to be unreasonable on the clubs involved.
In addition, Brigg Town FC currently have an issue with non-compliance of floodlights and, whilst it is hoped that this matter would be resolved, at the time of writing written certification is still not held by the Competition.
In view of the above factors, the League Management Board carefully considered all options and decided under Rule 8.17 to request Hull United FC to play their fixtures away from home until the end of the season or until as such time that they can offer a suitable ground that meets the ground criteria required.
Also, a proposal was submitted concerning the possible use of a local Hull Sports ground but since this ground did not meet the ground grading requirements this was also deemed to be unsuitable.
In the meantime, the League Management Board are committed to assisting Hull United FC to find a suitable solution to this issue.

Toolstation NCEL Division One outfit Hull United have revealed they plan to give away a free brand new car at their opening home game of the season this Saturday.
The idea follows almost a year to the day since club founder Jamie Waltham offered to pay supporters ?2 who attended United's first home game last season.
This time round, the car labelled as 'a gift to the people' will be handed to one lucky winner who attends United's game at Dene Park against Dronfield Town in a free raffle after full-time.
"Gift to the people is a term I first heard when Assem Allam took over at Hull City," Waltham said when speaking to the Hull Daily Mail on Wednesday.
"I just love the concept of somebody giving to the people.
"We live in a world today whereby people don't tend to give first.
"If you give first before you hope to receive then fundamentally that is the way the world should be so this is why the ethos of the club is to be a giving club."
The Citizens began their NCEL Division One campaign with maximum points last weekend at Yorkshire Amateur and a bumper crowd is now expected at Dene Park on Saturday.
Waltham also stated how you can drive away with the new car: "If you come to Dene Park on Saturday afternoon, you'll find me there giving you two things.
"First of all you will get a lifetime pass for the club if you have not already got one and then we are going to give you a raffle ticket which is free.
"We will then draw the raffle at the end of the game and somebody will be driving away in a brand new car."
The match kicks off at Dene Park at 3pm but the club are urging people to arrive early as they do anticipate queues.
