Parkgate's new manager Ross Shelton has unveiled who will be his assistant at the Toolstation NCEL Premier Division club.

He told the club's website: "I'm announcing that my assistant manager will be Keelan Hall.

"Keelan has a strong football background and is a well known figure around the Barnsley area.

"Keelan will bring, and offer, a lot to this club and we share how the game should be played and what needs to be done to take the club forward."

Shelton (pictured) was given the role of manager on a permanent basis on Wednesday after a spell in temporary charge at Green Lane and he is now preparing for Saturday's league game at home to Rainworth Miners Welfare.
