Nostell Miners Welfare have announced the resignation of manager Paul Lines.

Lines, who took over in the dugout in November 2014, has left the club who are currently eighteenth in the Toolstation NCEL Premier Division, two points above the relegation zone.

In a statement, Nostell thanked Lines "for all his time and efforts and wish him all the best for the future" whilst announcing that under 19s manager Kevin Allsop will take the helm until all options are considered moving forward.
