Sam Fewkes had put the Ambers ahead on 25 minutes but Welfare grabbed a dramatic injury-time equaliser through Mohammed Kaba to force spot-kicks that the visitors won 4-3.
Barton Town twice went behind at
Dearne & District, Brandon Burke and Jack Waldron netting for the home side with Jack Bulless and then Thomas Waudby restoring parity.
The visitors took a 4-2 lead early in the second period through an Andrew Norfolk strike and a second for Thomas Waudby before Benjamin Dyer halved the deficit in stoppage time.
The Swans went through 4-3 whilst
Thackley were also narrow victors over visitors
Ilkley Town, Ben Grech-Brooksbank with another last gasp goal to sneak them through 3-2.
The game was goalless at the break, Tawheed Ahmed and Ben Bodle then put the home side 2-0 up before a quickfire double from Lewin Storton and Alfie Dean brought the scores back level with a quarter-of-an-hour remaining.
Pickering Town were 2-0 home winners over
Harrogate Railway Athletic, George Brown and Harley Dawson with the Pikes strikes, one in each half.
And, in an all-Premier Division tussle,
Penistone Church rallied from 2-0 down to win 3-2 at
Campion, Kieran Ryan with the 82nd minute winner after Antony Brown and Nathan Keightley had cancelled out an early penalty from Nicky Boshell and a goal from Matthew Swift.

Hallam climb to second after Leon Howarth's 25th minute decider saw them edge out visitors
Tadcaster Albion and the Countrymen are now five points behind leaders Penistone.
Beverley Town have moved off the bottom of the table with their first win of the campaign, Alexander Knaggs and McCauley Snelgrove netting in a 2-1 home victory against
Golcar United, Ryan Hall on the scoresheet for the visitors.

Glasshoughton Welfare stormed up nine places in Division One to ninth as Alexander Clarke struck in the 64th minute to claim them a 1-0 victory at
Wakefield AFC.
