Worsbrough removed from League Cup

The NCEL can confirm that Worsbrough Bridge Athletic have been removed from this season's JCP Construction League Cup.
It is after they were found to have fielded an ineligible player in their Third Round victory over Golcar United last Wednesday.
The Briggers named in their starting line-up Curtis Senior who was cup-tied having played the full ninety minutes for Shelley in their 5-1 defeat at South Leeds in the First Round.
As a result of this decision, Golcar United will be reinstated into the competition.
