The draw for the Second Round of this season's JCP Construction League Cup has been made with all 20 NCEL Premier Division clubs joining the competition at this stage.

There will be sixteen matches, comprising of the Premier Division sides and twelve Division One teams, the ten who made it through the opening round along with Armthorpe Welfare and Selby Town who were given byes.
