Here is the latest list of friendlies involving Toolstation NCEL teams this summer along with clubs who are looking for pre-season matches and details of when training will commence at some of our sides.

Toolstation NCEL season begins


Clubs wanting friendlies
West Yorkshire League side Whitkirk Wanderers are looking to schedule a third friendly this summer against NCEL opposition. Their players have played at NCEL level and above so promise a competitive game. They can host a team on Saturday 29th July or in the midweek leading up to the start of the NCEL season. CGB Humbertherm from Grimsby and members of the Lincolnshire League are again, as in previous seasons, looking for friendlies against NCEL opposition. They are looking for both home and away fixtures commencing Saturday 15th July through to Saturday 12th August (please note, the NCEL season starts on 5th August). NCEL club trials/pre-season training
Hemsworth Miners Welfare's pre-season training will commence on Thursday 22nd June, 7pm start. Anyone with experience of Step 5 or above or players from Step 6 who think they have what it takes to join a progressive football club are more than welcome to attend!! Barton Town Old Boys are holding a trials day at South Hunsley College (HU14 3HS) on Saturday 24th June, 1pm to 4pm, as they look to bounce back up into the Premier Division of Toolstation NCEL at the end of the 2017/18 season. It's a chance to impress new boss Dave Botham who has stepped up from assistant manager, swapping roles with Paul Foot.
